REMUNERATION AND CHARGES:

We are remunerated for Our services in the following ways:

Commission

When We arrange a policy with an insurer on Your behalf, We may receive commission from the insurer which is a percentage of the total annual premium for the work involved in placing or renewing an order and finalising the product with them on Your behalf. Any commission is considered to be fully earned when Your insurance(s) incepts. On occasion   This will be agreed with You in writing prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Fees

We may negotiate a fee with You for Our services, however You will not incur a liability to pay a fee unless We have given You prior notice of this. Occasionally We may charge a fee in addition to any commission We are paid by an insurer, and if this is the case We will inform You. Such fees are in respect of the initial work activity and time spent in seeking the best terms, advice, product and product producer for Your specific need and for the activity involved in the placing and renewal of the policy and any alterations that may take place during the term of and at termination of a policy.

Our fees for Personal Insurances and Commercial

We reserve the right to amend these fees, should the complexity of the product require a higher fee.  We will confirm and agree this fee with you prior to any increased charge being applied.  For certain type of complex works, such as sub-contractors registers, We reserve the right to agree a separate fee with You in advance.  Where You choose to pay for Our service by fee in lieu of us receiving a commission, We will notify You in writing in advance and agree the fee to be charged if different from the scale outlined above.

A fee of €20.00 will be charged for all duplicate documentation.

All fees and charges applied by US will be declared on Our invoices/credit notes and/or in other correspondence issued to clients.  All such fees and charges are non-refundable in the event of policy alteration and/or cancellation.

Other Income

As a credit intermediary we may be remunerated by the premium/credit finance provider on arranging this finance on your behalf. As with any credit agreement, terms and conditions will apply and we will be happy to clarify any questions that You may have with regard to these.

On settlement of your account, we will forward to you all documents showing ownership of your policy i.e. Motor Certificate & Disc and Policy Schedules.  Where a series of transactions are involved, we will normally hold each document until the series is complete and then forward them to you.
